Biography
Lance Wargo is an Investment Officer in the Investment Treasury Group at CalPERS, where he supports the fund's total-fund financing strategy, including reverse repo, derivative trade flow, and securities lending. He previously served as Managing Director and Head of Securities Lending in North America at BNP Paribas, Senior Vice President and Head of Trading and Investments at Wells Fargo, and Managing Director at GLMX. He holds a BA from UCLA. He leads GPFA's Cash Management Working Group and has co-led beneficial-owner briefings with ISLA Americas.
