How GPFA handles your information.
GPFA is a member-led non-profit. We collect only what we need to review membership interest and stay in touch, and we keep contact details private.
What we collect
When you apply for membership, GPFA collects the details you provide on the application form: your organization, its type and website, headquarters country, and the name, job title, work email and (optionally) phone number of your primary representative. We also record your answers about meeting commitments and your communication and sharing preferences.
How we use it
GPFA uses this information to review membership interest and to respond to you. If your application is approved, we use your work email to invite you to finish setting up member access. We do not use submitted details for advertising.
Sharing
Contact details stay private. With your explicit consent, GPFA may share them with the rest of the membership only — never with vendors, sponsors or the public. You can decline sharing on the application form without affecting your application.
