Biography
Trevor has more than 15 years of experience in derivatives law. Before joining HOOPP, he was counsel in the legal department of a large Canadian bank, where he focused on derivatives, securities, and capital markets.
Trevor has negotiated derivative, securities lending, repurchase, and prime brokerage agreements and related documents. He has advised on global derivatives regulation and helped create and implement domestic and international derivatives regulatory programs and procedures.
Trevor began his legal career in the Business Law department of a large Bay Street law firm.
