Looking back on Day 2 of the 2026 GPFA Annual Meeting, we continued the conversation with another full day of thoughtful discussion, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among our members.
The day kicked off with a focus on risk and liquidity, bringing together perspectives from across the beneficial owner community. We then went “Under the Hood” with HOOPP for an in-depth look at their approach to balance sheet and liquidity management, securities lending and collateral management, risk, legal and regulatory considerations, and strategic initiatives.
We also spent time discussing the work of GPFA’s Working Groups, followed by an open discussion with the GPFA Board covering the association, our members, and the priorities shaping the community going forward.
Thank you again to our speakers, panelists, moderators, and working group participants for sharing your knowledge and experiences with the GPFA community – Kowshika Thiruparanathan, CFA, Sahil Kapoor, Brian Leu, Hasim Mardin, France Boisjoli, Marco Drumond, CFA, Robert Goobie CPA CMA, Nisha Mistry, Trevor Noronha, Prasanth Pugal, Daniel Speck, Jason Pearlstein, Corby Kissler, Apostolos Mavroudakis, Charles Lesaux, MBA. Thank you to our Board of Directors - Chris Benish, Amy Borgquist (Armour), Robert Goobie CPA CMA, Cherie Jeffries, Mike Johnson & Jerry May. These conversations are what make our Annual Meeting so valuable.
